Access to the website is free. Publishing listings requires registration. Upon signup you get 1 reusable free slot. Paid slots are consumed on create. To have multiple active listings at once, you must buy additional slots.

• We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-published listings.
• We do not intervene in contractual relationships between owners and tenants.

All website elements (design, logos, source code, texts) are owned by Roomate or their respective authors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The site may contain links to third-party services (Flow.cl for payments, WhatsApp for contact). Roomate is not responsible for the content or operation of these external services.

This legal notice is governed by Chilean law. For any dispute, parties submit to ordinary courts of Santiago, Chile.
